Data storage policy
To provide maximum comfort and security, we minimise raw data processing to zero or one necessary step – data upload. It works in two ways, depending on your subscription tier. If your tier is not content-aware, we don't access file content at all – we simply store your files. Your task is to manually add basic metadata (date, specialisation, short description) that app features will use. If your tier is content-aware, see Data processing with AI →
Data processing with AI
If you want more than data storage, we have the content-aware tier for you. Artificial intelligence makes data upload more convenient: you upload your file, the machine extracts metadata and an anonymised summary of the content. After this step we don't process your raw file anymore – thanks to context extraction, other features gain broader context and can provide you more detailed information when necessary. This tier also enables lab data reading, which allows you to visualise your lab results as clear charts without manually entering values. If you consider a certain file very sensitive, you can always turn off content awareness for this one and stay on the metadata level.
